From Clare - seeing the stars

Thank you so much for your email, and I am very happy to provide some feedback for the Visual Asrology blog! The Maitjiesfontein experience was so enriching and thoroughly enjoyable in many different ways, and it was a real privilege to meet and spend time with such a delightful and interesting group of fellow spirits.   

The setting, accommodation and hospitality were superb and it was a thrilling experience to stand under the African skies and, with Bernadette and Darrelyn’s expert guidance, watch the stars and constellations come to life, just as they must have done for the ancient Babylonian astrologers, standing on their ziggurats in the freezing night air!  And as if that wasn’t enough, we were in for a real treat in the Court House, with a series of fascinating lectures on visual astrology, using Bernadette’s outstanding Starlight software program.  Bernadette has put the ‘astro’ back into astrology and horoscopes no longer look complete without the extra dimension of the heavens in the background. Thanks to everyone who made this wonderful conference possible, and to Bernadette for teaching us to look with new eyes at our astrology and to remember the stars!
