I would like to extend a huge welcome to the “newbies” that have joined this blog, and just wanted to say that we would love to hear from you…just because you were not at the conference does not mean that you have no contribution to make… so Derek, Ken… come on and join in, we are all here to learn and this is a gentle space where we all can make mistakes and help one another along the way.
