Programme as of 20 August 2010: This timetable and lecture schedule can change without notice. Most lectures will have a main speaker, either Bernadette, Darrelyn or Darby. As well for most lectures all three speakers will be contributing.
DAY ONE – Thursday 9th September 2010 - Getting Started
13:30 – all meeting at the Old Santa Fe Inn for conveyor to the conference venue.
14:00 – 15:00: Registration along with welcome tea and coffee
15:00 – 15:30 : Welcome – Bernadette, Darrelyn and Darby
15:30 – 16:30: The Sacred Sky – Bernadette
16:30 – 17:00: Tea and Coffee
17:00 – 17:45: The Moon – Darby
17:45 – 18:30: Sky Mythology – Darrelyn
18:30 – 20:30 : Getting to know each other - Buffet dinner and first look at Santa Fe skies. (Please note: no alcohol is allowed on the College premises).
20:30 – 20:45 – lifts back to Old Santa Fe Inn.
DAY TWO – Friday 10th September 2010 - Getting ready for the Sky
9:00 am - Pick up from downtown Santa Fe - morning tea and coffee at the conference.
9:30 – 11:00: How Stars Touch the Earth – Bernadette and Darrelyn
Parans and charts.
11:00- 11:30: Tea/Coffee
11:30 – 12:30: Sky Mythology continued – Bernadette and Darrelyn
The Zodiac and the constellations
12:30- 1:30: Lunch - New Mexican buffet with corn tortillas and flour tortillas.
13:30 – 14:00: Introducing the Celestial Sphere – Bernadette
14:00 – 16:00 : In the Planetarium – Juan and Bernadette
16:15 – Return to Santa Fe Old Inn car park. Time to get ready for the night of sky viewing.
18:00 : Bus to Santa Fe Ranch for Star dinner. Bus leaves at 18:15 sharp.
19:00 – Dinner at Santa Fe Ranch – Learning to Star Walk! - Dinner at VindHestar Ranch (BYO wine or beer but we will provide plenty of hot things to drink). Star viewing evening with Bernadette and Darrelyn helping you learn to navigate around the stars.
We expect this to be a late evening and have organised hot drinks for late in the evening, as well as 50 bales of straw for sitting and lying on. You will need warm comfortable clothing and a small torch.

00:00 – Bus leaves Santa Fe Ranch to return to the Old Santa Fe Inn car park. Time depends on a collective decision.
DAY THREE – Saturday 11th September 2010 - Putting it into charts
10:00 Meet at Old Santa Fe Inn for lifts to conference.
10:30 – 11:30 : Sky Discussion with morning tea, coffee and pastries Bernadette, Darrelyn and Darby. Your stories about the sky.
11:30 – 12:00: Redrawing the Sky – Melanie Schlossberg
12:00 – 13:00 Venus – Darby
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch - Salad buffet – Greek salad, Spinach salad, Cesar salad, with grilled chicken and or salmon.
14:00 – 16:00: The Planets in Mesopotamian Eyes -Bernadette and Darrelyn Looking at the role of Saturn, Mercury, Venus, Mars and the Moon in the Mesopotamian world.
16:00 – 16:30: Tea and Coffee
16:30 – 17:30: Reading Sky Maps – the big picture Bernadette and Darrelyn with Darby
17:45 – Lifts back to Old Santa Fe Inn.
Free Evening – working on your readings for tomorrow.
DAY FOUR – Sunday 12th September 2010 - A Day of Practice
9:00 am - Pick up from downtown Santa Fe - morning tea and coffee at the conference site.
9:00 Meet at Old Santa Fe Inn for lifts to conference,
Morning tea and coffee on arrival.
9:30 – 10:00: Questions before the practical session – sky, stars and charts. 10:00 – 11:00: Doing a mystery chart – a blind reading, working on this together and then different groups reporting their findings.
11:00- 11:30: Tea/Coffee
11:30 – 13:00: Practical session – working in groups of three and doing two readings.
13:00 – 14:00: Lunch - Middle-Eastern meal.
14:00 – 16:00: Practical Session debriefs – each group talking about what they found and how it worked for them, unpacking more sky, star and chart stories. 16:00 – 16:30: Tea and Coffee with cookies
16:30 – 17:30: The Journey through the Heavens, sacred time and the movement of the planets against the constellations in their cycles. Bernadette and Darrelyn with Darby
17:45 – Lifts back to Old Santa Fe Inn
19:30 – Meet at a local pizza for a group dinner. Optional group gathering at a Santa Fe Restaurant at delegates' own expense. This will be a chance for us all to spend this last night together.
DAY FIVE – Monday 13th September 2010 - Where to from here?
9:00 – 11:00 Lecture 15: Mundane Cycles, Nodes and using Sky Maps to look forward in time.
11:00 – 11:30 Morning Tea/Coffee.
11:30 – 12:30 Lecture 16: Where to from Here? - How to keep working with the sky and keep adding it to your astrology.
12:30 – 13:00 – Closing the Circle - everyone.
12.45: Lifts back to downtown Santa Fe.
