Please note that StarLogos>>>2010 reserves the right to decline any registration. Any registration so declined will receive a full refund of any monies already paid.
All financial paperwork is through Astro Logos UK Ltd. The conference fees are in UK pounds, so you will find the amounts in the shopping cart listed as UK pounds. However, the value is also given in US dollars, as well as Euros.
StarLogos>>> 2010 costs £575 which is approximately $845 US or 605 Euros (as at March, 2010). You can view the current conversion rates by using the shopping cart button.
You will need to pay a deposit of £200 to secure your place at the conference.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 9 June 2010, three months before the conference, then we will refund you 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel on or after 9 June 2010, you will not be eligible for any refund on your deposit. The balance of your conference fees needs to be paid by 9 August 2010, otherwise we will consider that you have cancelled.
Waiting List
As this conference has a limit on its numbers, once we are fully booked we will place people on a waiting
list. Any cancellations means we will offer places to those on the list in the order in which they were received.
